Had a patio that was flooding (badly). The men came and relined one of our pipes and redirected a small section of another (this was completely blocked and unusable before the work). Very puntual, professional and all work finished in a few hours. Cleaned up after and left a neat patio. Highly recommend.

I contacted three firms to replace a blocked drain and soakaway at the rear of my property. Drainage Doctor was the most competitive quote and I engaged them on a Friday. They were able to come on the Monday and completed the work in 1 day with new pipe, access point and three crate soakaway, leaving the area in neat and tidy condition. Jack and Monty who carried out the work were punctual, friendly and efficient. George who came to estimate and Jordan at the office were also helpful. Yes, "I would use them again" and this time I did, to clear the front drain and redo the other soakaway.

Can't recommend Drainage Doctor highly enough. They were prompt, knowledgeable, put us at ease when we were highly stressed about our drainage problem, and sorted it out effectively. Would definitely use again if we have any further issues!

Really tidy work and good communication throughout. George came to check a slow drain and found a leak caused by some incorrect pipework. He explained everything clearly and gave us a good solution. The team came back the next week to fix it all. Quick, tidy, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
