Part of our old clay drainage system had collapsed. They replaced the damaged section with new piping, ensuring proper alignment and sealing. The workmanship looked precise, and the area was reinstated neatly once the job was done.

The kitchen sink had been draining slowly for months. They identified grease accumulation in the pipework and used jetting equipment to clear it fully. The engineer took time to explain how grease hardens inside pipes. Everything was tested carefully before he packed up.

They came and fixed the issue I had at the time they said however I feel they made sure to take as much time as possible as they charge per half hour. After clearing the drain I was offered a CCTV of the pipes as he thought something might be causing the block. I declined as cannot afford the cost. I feel because I said no to that he took longer to pack his stuff away and then sat in his van for 10 minutes which conveniently took the time 3 minutes into the 4th half hour which they charged me. Also the jet wash was used for under a hour but I was charged 3 half hours.

We needed improved surface water drainage along the side of our property. They installed new channel drains connected to the main system, ensuring correct gradients. The finish was tidy and practical.
