Clearing blocked 4 inch rain water gully to soakaway
It was an excellent experience dealing with this family run company. Good communications at all times, phoned when on way and arrived when expected. After the initial inspection Dan explained clearly what he was going to be doing, and the options we could consider if the blockage could not be cleared - ie if it was a collapsed drain' The work was carried out quickly and professionally and the area was cleared when finished. Dan was cheerful polite and profession at all times. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Drainageman to anyone.

Clearing blocked drain outside kitchen.
Danny came out the same day and cleared the drain very efficiently. I would certainly recommend this company.

I called this company as our toilets were flushing very slowly.
Beware! Dan charged us £288 which should have been free by the local authority. It is a public property maintained by another company. "drainagemanman is a con artist who lacks integrity and decency." These are the exact words of another engineer who visited the site the next day as there was a general problem in the area. Engineer told us he is a cowboy and he should not be charging to do unclogging the public, he should refer the client. This is why we are paying for our council tax. In fact he should not be touching the public property without informing the company.

Sewer blocked
Danny turned up on the day, despite being a Sunday. He was polite and professional and did all he could, unfortunately the blockage was out in the public drain. Danny gave me good advice to call out Anglia Water.
