  recently used Drainage & Plumbing Ltd for a blocked drain at my property , and I couldn't be happier with the service .they were quick to respond , arrived exactly when they said they would ,and sorted the issue efficiently without any fuss. the engineer was polite, knowledgeable , and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was their honesty there was no hard selling or hidden charges, just straightforward service at a fair price.   Our main manhole became blocked yesterday. DRAINAGE & PLUMBING LTD. dispatched a single engineer in a well‑equipped van, arriving within the hour. Before starting, he inspected the problem, explained the plan, and quoted a price—payment only due once the job was finished and I was happy. He then: Cleared the blockage. Jet‑washed the pipe. Resealed the manhole cover. The visit took about an hour and a half. He talked me through each step, worked tidily, and the final cost felt fair for the work done. On the strength of this experience, they’ll be my first call for any future drainage work.
