Michael said he would be at my house between 10am - 12.....then at 11:30am he messaged to say he'd be there between 12 - 2pm. I took the morning off work to wait in for him.
Unreliable, so I cancelled and will get someone else to come out,

I did estimate I would be at their property between 10-12 when we originally booked the appointment ,once I had completed the job prior to the job she booked in however unfortunately I run into some issues on the job prior to them so I messaged her at 10.36 explaining that things wasn't going to plan and that I was sorry if it would cause any inconvenience but it would be more likely that I would arrive between 12-2 so she wasn't sat wondering where I was .They wasn't happy with this and explained how she would get a reliable plumber who turns up at the time. Unfortunately with the trade I do sometimes you run into unforeseen issues and the job I'm currently on has to take priority in that moment ,which may result in jobs being pushed back by an hour or two.Most customers I've come across have a understanding of this however they didn't seem to.
