    I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Ben and his workmate. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and charged what they said they would. You can tell they take pride in their work and that providing a great service comes naturally to them. Both of them were a pleasure to have around and I can't stress enough how neat and tidy they were from start to finish. Diane in the office was also great, efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you :-)

  • Clearing a Blocked Toilet

    Phoned Drain & Able around 7.30 one morning as the toilet had gradually become blocked up the previous day, though still draining away very slowly. The lady who answered the phone was keen to help, and after I confirmed that it was the only toilet in the household, she arranged for Kevin to visit the same day. When Kevin came he managed to unblock it very quickly, saying that some paper had got stuck around the bend. Then he gave me useful advice about using the full-flush button to prevent the same problem arising again.
