Staff understood situation which required isolation of supply to reduce effect on neighbours. They were quick (to reduce disruption) but also clean and tidy dispite extreme messy conditions. Although working on day rate (as exact issue was unknown at outset) they did not take advantage and cost was kept to a minimum. Really pleased with their work and more than happy to recommend.

Drain Buddy Solutions Ltd provided a high quality service throughout when we had a flood in the garage, from diagnosing the problem to unblocking the drain and then fitting a new drain water down pipe. They were speedy , efficient , knowledgeable and kept us up to date throughout the work. They were also very pleasant and left everywhere clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Sewage pipe blocked after carrying out a scan found the problem to be old drain rods. A quote for removal was reasonable and accepted. A second appointment was made in short time and the drain rods removed. This was not a straightforward job as the rods were in an obscure area and took time to remove. Once removed the sewage pipe was relined to prevent the same problem occurring again. All debri removed and the site left clean. During my whole experience with “Buddy” the communication was first class.
