  Fantastic tradesman

  I couldn’t recommend Russ highly enough…..I spoke with him the night before and he came to the job the following morning on time and kept me informed all the way through. He was very friendly and trustworthy and talked me through everything that was going on. Extremely fair pricing and someone I absolutely will not hesitate to call again with any drain or indeed plumbing work. It always feels so difficult to find people who you can trust but Russ is certainly one of them Thankyou Russ

  Cannot recommend this gentleman enough. Came out very quickly, did a stellar job and his price was very reasonable indeed. Always helps when you can have a good chinwag about Pink Floyd, Kiss and Black Sabbath at the same time! We're already planning to offer him more work!

  Blocked drain clearance

  My experience with Drain- Clear Nw was excellent. Russ was very good at communicating and was clear regarding arrival times. He was so friendly and helpful. Russ did an excellent job and was a real pleasure to deal with. I hope not to get a blocked drain again, but if I do, I certainly know who to call!

  Clear a drain, remove a swan neck gulley, fit soak away.

  Excellent service, great communication. Russell did a good job, discussed it fully before starting & after finishing. Came back a 2nd time as arranged to do the soak away. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant (even when we changed the job around a bit). Thankyou Russell. Would recommend & also use again.
