We called them in to fix a bad smell from a pipe under a cupboard. They reviewed the situation and charged considerably more for a pipe camera than other offers but seemed to know their stuff. We agreed a pipe was loose and needed refitting. After taking out the cupboard, they changed their mind and decided to just pack the space around it, still charging 80% of their original quote for a lot less work. Problem was back instantly and they didn’t even reinstall the cupboard. We tried to follow up with them but they blocked my partner’s number. £600 down, a broken cupboard and still a smell.

Being left in the lurch by our insurance company I used check a trade for the first time and couldn’t be happier. Jake from drain daddies called within 5 mins of me posting the job & once I explained our predicament he was very knowledgeable about our issue. His work ethic is beyond amazing as he stayed until 8pm one night to get to the bottom of our drainage issue. It turned out to be a bigger job than either of us expected but his patience and perseverance (along with a great sense of humour) means that we are having him to fit a new bathroom now that all the drainage work is sorted.

Had a bad blocked drain this guy came and sorted it out although the blockage was two houses down took over two hours would recommend this guy to anyone give him a call good prices he will tell you before he starts five stars from me and thanks

A good experience from start to finish for a blocked sink. Jake was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Everything was back up and running again in no time with no mess left behind, would highly recommend Drain Daddies.
