Drain was surveyed, jetted and relined as every joint was broken and leaking water underneath the house.

Drain Defenders visited to unblock a stubborn outdoor drain. They conducted a CCTV survey and showed me some of the deterioration of the pipework, and then cleared the blockage. They explained the remedy works that they recommend I consider if the blockage returns but didn't hard sell. Very friendly, professional, quick, and overall provided a fantastic service, I couldn't recommend them more. I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises.

Assessment of problem and suggested work to both clear sewer of roots and repair damage was very professional. Chose more expensive option to repair sewer and secure for future before more significant damage. Got five year guarantee on work. All explained well and felt it was my choice of options
