We were there the customer asked us resolve a slow draining shower. The engineer used a flexi-cable (which is the standard method for unblocking a blocked shower). This cleared the blockage, but we were then notified that there were damp patches on the ceiling. We offered to reattend to investigate, but in the meantime, the client had called out Aspect. They confirmed that the shower had incorrectly been fitted with a flexi pipe rather than a solid pipe and it was now damaged. We can't be held responsible for any problems caused by previous defective workmanship that we were not made aware of.
