    The service we received was very good. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. From getting the phone call from the company on the Friday to the work being done on the Saturday. We would definitely use this company again. The rates they charge was made very clear to us. Any time we did need to phone they were always courteous and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

    Very efficient emergency service provided.

    We were contacted by the company within minutes of posting our job on check a trade and a very enthusiastic gentleman was with us less than 2 hours later. Amazing service all round - a blocked sewer pipe is not the kind of job you want to wait a few days to get fixed.

    Didn't show up.

    I was informed that someone would be out to conduct the survey. I was told i would have a 30 minute warning before they arrive. I waited in all day with no one turned up. I rang to check and they said someone was on the way to me. 90 minutes later and after 1715 i rang again to cancel, as no one had shown up and i didnt want someone coming in the evening, if they would even come at all.

    Sorry the engineer was running late yesterday. We did not give a time for the engineer to visit, The engineer would have got to you by 6.30 however you decided to cancel the job. Sorry again unfortunately we cannot prevent jobs from over-running

    Persistently blocked drain

    Previous company efforts only alleviated symptoms for a matter of hours which was expensive and disappointing. Drain Division responded to my query promptly and professionally. The engineer provided a faultless service and I would use them again in the first instance.
