    Brilliant Service Despite Difficult Access

    Drain Division have attended my property twice in the past two months, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their response time is incredibly quick, and they are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. On their second visit, there was no access to my house due to roadworks, but Lee went above and beyond to find a solution and still managed to successfully unblock my drains. That level of dedication really stood out. Both visits were handled efficiently and with great care. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

    Efficient, professional work

    Frank did an amazing job - very professional and efficient. He explained everything and fixed our problem with ease. What I most appreciated is that he did not waste our time - he got straight to it and completed the job. Thank you Frank!

    Drain Relined.

    Sam and Andy attended my property due to an increasingly smelly drain. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful and upon completion of a CCTV inspection advised that there was a crack in the pipe. The pipe was relined and inspected again and tested. Hopefully this will have solved the issue. I would highly recommend Drain Division and would use again in the future, however I hope that the need doesn’t arise!

    Highly recommend

    Answered my query and attended quickly, the works were completed within half an hour and Frank was great. He explained everything really well both before and after the job and eh left everywhere super clean. Would recommend and use again if needed. Thank you.

    Drain unblocking

    Definitely recommend. Brian attended quickly, identified the issue straight away, cleared the blocked gully, and explained everything clearly. My kitchen sink/drainage is now working properly and the foul smell has gone.
