Dorin was very professional, explained the steps and what he identified in terms I could understand. very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

From the moment I spoke to Sharon, I knew we were in good hands. Brilliant knowledge, professional and kept us in the loop at all times, including a follow up phone call. Mark and Dave were brilliant, getting straight on, fixing our issue, explaining what had happened and providing reassurance and again brilliant knowledge of what they were doing. Highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

The lady i spoke to on the phone today was very helpful and reasuring and understanding and the gentleman who came out to do the work was very patient with me when explaining the problem and what needed to be done to correct the issue and did the job properly and went thro everything that needs to be done for the nxt stage

I rang on Sunday 17th of may with a blocked drain and spoke to Sharon who was very helpful and patient with my problem. Within 30 mins i was contacted by Dorin the technician and hetold me he would be with me in 25 minutes which he indeed was, he commenced work immediately after quoting the job and solved the problem promptly.

My experience with drain doctor from start to finish I can describe in one word EXCEPTIONAL From first contact with Sharon I knew I had made the right choice She was absolutely fantastic in explaining everything and extremely patient with me ( she deserves a bonus ) I run a B&b/pub and was worried I would have to shut but because of Drain Doctor I didn’t have to so thank you very much The workman tried his best to keep it under two hours but unfortunately it went over but I didn’t mind ( my bank balance did 😂 ) as he worked bloody hard to clear the drain which he did succeed in doing
