A real asset to the business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and as a consequence, Drain Doctor. It’s people like this that gives the business a great name and better reputation. I was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Drain Doctors. I discovered a leak late on Friday night and gave them a call. They had somebody there first thing the next morning and he was superbly friendly and professional. We had a few different issues that required him to come back but it was all covered under our initial call out fee. The business manger who initially took my call made me feel like my problem genuinely mattered to them and her friendly manner and attention to detail ensured that we finished up feeling very happy with the service we received.

Engineer was very professional and helpful, work done quickly and good clean up afterwards. Highly recommended.
