Clear blocked drain
I would like to say a big thank you to Martin. Not the easiest of jobs as we were unable to locate the inspection chamber for the blocked drain which meant removing the toilet. This was all done in a very friendly and efficient way. I would not hesitate to recommend Drain Doctor. First class service.
Investigation and fixing of smell in plumbing system in loft
We had tried to fix the problem a couple of times ourselves but to no avail. Drain Doctor visited our property twice, once to diagnose the problem and consequently order the part required, and a second time to fit the part and check that the problem was solved. Communication was efficient and Shane, the engineer was cheerful, professional, polite and friendly. I couldn't fault the service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Drain Doctor.
Clearing suspected blockage of sink and dishwasher drain
Martin and Giles responded quickly and efficiently over the New Year bank holiday period, coping with all the problems COVID presents. Shane arrived on BH Monday and was most courteous, knowledgeable and most efficient – a fast worker and with good advice to avoid it building up again. Drains fully cleared in quick time. Same price as competitors and I thought better service.

Two jobs: emergency unblocking and then I got them back to replace the old Bristol trap.
I can't recommend Drain Doctor highly enough! They came to sort out my blocked drains within one day, arrived when they said they would, quoted me for the entire job and kept to that price even though it took five hours to solve the problem. I was so impressed I booked them to do the remedial work, replacing a collapsed Victorian interceptor with a straight piece of pipe. Both drain engineers were brilliant and really knew what they were doing. The company owner, Martin, came to see the work during the day and answer my questions. Great attitude from everyone involved, and the work was superb
