I had a call from.my next door neighbour who had problems with down pipe as we share was advised to contact drain doctor,they came out but the neighbour was not in,revised date to go but Gloucester office said should contact wessex water. Which I did but it was thanks to Rachel advising me of this that saved me money and sent a leaflet with who was responsible for what. Well done.

Brandon was brilliant. He surveyed the pipes and saw what the problem was and gave me a good explanation of what was necessary to solve the problem. If I had any concerns, he didn’t dismiss them, but answered them to my satisfaction and allayed any worries I may have had.
