Unblocking a toilet.
Responded quickly and arrived promptly. I was talked through exactly what would happen and the price and given advice on what to do if the problem reoccurred. When the toilet was clear it was even cleaned!

Blocked Drains

Blocked outside kitchen drain
The drain was blocked outside my kitchen. I phoned in the morning and Jamie arrived early afternoon the same day, well within the time slot advised. He was polite, friendly and helpful - quickly identified the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Thank you Jamie. Very happy with the service I received and would happily recommend this company.

24 Hour Drain Clearance

Blocked toilet
A piece of plastic located in the rim of our WC fell off and blocked our loo. I emailed DrainDoctor Bromley late last night and got an instant response. Today, by 9am, an appointment was made. They were able to come out earlier due to a cancellation. Brilliant communication with Femi in the office and Jamie who came and fixed the loo. Jamie was polite, professional, explained exactly what he was going to do - had to move the toilet to locate the plastic - and did a great job of clearing up afterwards. Loo resealed and good as new. Could not be happier or more relieved. Highly recommend.
