Quick and efficient service, especially when another company said the work would take a couple of weeks.

The Drain Doctor reception staff ( Rachael ) was very calm and efficient during an emergency situation. She located a plumber at very short notice. The plumber arrived at the property when he said he would. He called to say he was on his way. He inspected the situation calmly, identified the cause of the leak and made a plan of how to repair. He called the next morning with a price for the works, procured the parts and executed the repair. He called to confirm when the works were complete. The Drain Doctor reception team ( Rachael ) emailed the report and invoice the same evening. Recommended.
