Outstanding service and great communication. Contacted by phone almost immediately on submission of request for help. Discussed job. Told how long it would be before help arrived. Help came in the form of Brian Ross who assessed what was needed, told me the standard tariff for the job which was agreed and he just cracked on with the water jet blasting the blockage, checking how clear it all was using snake cam, further jet wash blasting. Job done. Very personable. Very helpful. Very clear explanation of problem. I was absolutely delighted to be able to use water in the house again. Brilliant.

Work was carried out to a high standard and contact with the company excellent. Plumber arrived on time and explained what was needing done. Very pleasant and informative young man.

Brian visited and carried out a cctv inspection. He also jet washed the drains. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we now have a very clear picture of our drains layout as well as clear drains! I’d be happy to recommend Drain Doctor in General and Brian in particular.
