  Drain blockage removal

  Swift response to a fairly urgent situation. The engineer was extremely courteous, taking into account our working office and minimizing noise and mess. The quote was the final amount charged and the work was thoroughly explained to me, even being shown the drain camera footage of the issue. Was hugely impressed and well deserving of top mark scoring. Will use again, although of course hoping that we don't have to!

  Toilet flush backed up to the rim

  This is the second time I have used Drain Doctor Oxford and have been very pleased on both occasions. They are very professional, personable and price their work fairly. They assess the job and begin with the cheapest option that is appropriate; in my case that solved the problem. Clayton was quick to assess the best solution, thorough and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor Oxford as a very reliable and professional company.
