Creating better flow on waste pipe, new pump fitted in cellar floor

Dean got back to me quickly from a Checkatrade enquiry and was friendly and helpful on the phone. He came round to look at our complex problem, clearly very experienced and offered a reasonable solution for a decent price. His workmanship has been truly impressive: re-fitting a waste pipe to create more flow, digging out a larger hole through the thick concrete floor, fitting a non-return valve, chasing in the electricity and pipe work to a new sump pump and making good. It's the first time I haven't been terrified at stepping foot in our cellar! Thanks, Dean!

Damaged manhole, new chamber, relayed concrete and fixed Y channels

Martin provided us with a quote and offered to meet with Thames Water as they “couldn’t see an issue” after getting absolute nowhere with Thames Water, Dean and Fin turned up and carried out the repairs of fixing a badly damaged manhole chamber and installed new Y connections along with fixing other issues. I honestly couldn’t fault them they were professional, tidy, kept us informed on the progress. Would highly recommend to everyone. HUGE THANKS again to DEAN, FINN and MARTIN
