Excellent service, arranged a time and a date which was met. Despite issues with lifting a new manhole cover which was cemented in the works were carried out without an issue. Kept informed throughout the work. The works area was cleaned afterwards. A well done job. I called Alex from drain flow services to unblock our drains, which were very blocked as the water was rising in all our toilets when flushing. Communications were great and Alex unblocked all the drains around the property very quickly, which resolved all the issues with the toilets.
