10The external drain was overflowing and we couldn't use the sink, bath or shower. I found Joel's company on Checkatrade, explained the problem, he quoted a price and we agreed a date and time. Communication was great - he rang on the morning of the date that we had agreed to confirm that they were on the way - the blockage was cleared quickly and they cleaned up before leaving. Was delighted with the work - would definitely use them again.
