    Responded very quickly to request for a quote after I had posted the job. I received a very friendly phone call and agreed an appointment time for the following morning. On the day of the appointment communication was excellent with a text message to inform of expected time of arrival. They were punctual. The issue with the drain was quickly identified and fixed very quickly. Excellent communication throughout. Provided advice and things to look out for. Really impressed with the response and service.
