Over all disappointing,unfinished leaving all excess waste materials grandson was asked to help remove bags of rubble to the front garden and they are still there now these should have been remove as in quote price increase part way through the job.

Firstly, I would like to say that I am sorry you was unhappy with certain aspects of the work carried out, Drainman pride ourselves on our workmanship and professionalism, which is why as a company we have a great reputation. Originally you were quoted for an exploratory excavation at your property to determine what work needed to be undertaken, upon inspection a new quotation was issued and accepted by yourself. At this point your trial excavation was discounted. We did discuss replacing the slabs but due to you “having the garden re laid in a few weeks” you said this would not be required. Rubble removal was not wanted, therefore not charged for. With regard to your adult grandson helping to take bagged rubble to the front of the property, he was asked to leave this but insisted on helping. The new soak-away and drain lines that I was employed to do were carried out without any issues.
