Very good experience from outset, jay explained to attend without callout charge. Ali the Engenier attended the property on given time 8am and sorted the drain professionally. The drain block problem was complex and we were experiencing this problem since sometime where water was flowing but very slowly. Ali resolved the issue by removing WC and used jetting machine to clear up the drain blockand put the WC back in place and left the place neat and clean after work completed. Give 5 star to the company and their professionalism. Recommends without hesitation and big thanks to Ali. Great work
