Very helpful company - turned up on time and completed the job with advice and also looked at another problem whilst here. Very polite and would recommend to use again

Of the quotes I received, DrainPro were the only company to actually come out to asses the issue before quoting - this is why I went with them, rather than a cheaper quote. The engineer was around 30mins later than expected but was very polite and got the job done quickly. I also didn't feel pressured to agree to the work once they'd taken a look, which I appreciated.

DrainPro were excellent, the two engineers that attended were very polite and professional. I was kept informed of their arrival on the day. They just cracked on with the job and let me know their progress. I would recommend their services.

Great service! I called and they picked up straight away, explaining they could be here within 45 minutes with no callout fee. They said they’d assess the issue, provide a quote, and only go ahead if I was happy with it. They arrived on time, gave a very fair quote, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Really impressed with the whole experience – highly recommended!

Efficient quick in time reasonable and tidy.

The pipe which drains my sink and washing machine was blocked and had backed up filling my sink. Within minutes of posting the job I had a call to discuss and arrange a visit with no call out fee. Ali came that evening - by this point the blockage had cleared (I had poured drain cleaner down 24 hours before). All the gunk and liksscales was visible at the end of the pipe. Water was running but it looked like it was possibly slow still. Ali used a machine to clear out the pipe and remove the limescale. They worked carefully & quickly. If I need a plumber again I will definitely call them back
