    I had a blocked drain in my kitchen sink that caused my kitchen to flood and leak to the flat below. I submitted a request and they called me back immediately to arrange an appointment for first thing in the morning. The technician was prompt and quick with the service and explained exactly what he was doing and what was the cause for the blockage.

    I highly recommend this plumber. He arrived very quickly and was able to solve my kitchen pipe blockage efficiently. He used professional equipment, including a powerful vacuum/Hoover to remove the standing water and blockage, and a specialist drain spider tool to clear the hard buildup inside the pipe. The job was completed in a short time, with great care and professionalism. He left the area clean and tidy after finishing the work. Excellent service, reliable, and highly skilled

    Jay and his team were absolutely brilliant. I had a big urgent problem to resolve asap. They promptly visited the site and provide me with a quote the day after I called them. Both interventions where carried out fast and Jay has been keeping me informed constantly via WhatsApp. Always answering the phone and really helped solving the problem even when things became difficult due to limit access to pipework and other complications. I am very grateful for the way Drain Pro System has handled my case

    10/10 Very easy to deal with

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had used the company previously and was very happy with their service, so when I experienced a blockage in my sink this time, they were the first company that came to mind. After my initial contact, they quickly arranged for an engineer to come out and deal with the blockage. I was surprised by the amount of limescale the engineer managed to remove from the pipes. The price was excellent for the quality of service provided.
