    Successful drain clearing and good service

    Prompt response from Drainpro System Ltd to my request for a plumber to clear my drains. The work was carried out straight away with parts. Ricki the engine was able to source the blockage problem - severe limescale build up and clear all the pipework. Very satisfied with the work.

    the gentleman who arrived, Ali, was on time, and friendly. he talked the options and ran an investigation to identify the problem. constant communicating with the main office to double check, and make sure that the offered price is accurate. the job was done fast and clean.

    Ali provided an excellent service from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, and resolved the drainage issue efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail.
