  We wanted to check to see that a pest problem was not due to drain damage. Carl was brilliant in communicating before our appointment and arrived just when he said he would, thoroughly checking our drains with CCTV and advising further action.   Clearing a drain blockage

  Carl provided an excellent service. He arrived about 20 minutes after my phone call, quickly identified the location of the drain blockage and removed it with a high pressure jet. He was friendly, efficient and helpful, and charged a very reasonable price, (including a six month guarantee.) I would certainly call him again if a similar problem arose in future.

  CCTV Drain Survey and Advice

  A telephone enquiry in the morning resulted in a visit that same afternoon. A thorough examination of the affected drain was carried out using CCTV and helpful advice was offered as no blockage was visible within the drain itself. I could not fault the speed or efficiency of the service on offer and would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

  Clearance of a blocked drain between the kitchen and the main sewer

  Carl agreed to do the job as soon as he could which in fact was the next day. We had had a lot of issues regarding the kitchen and the drain and were hugely relieved that he could come promptly. The work was completed so efficiently, it was very impressive. Carl made clear what he intended to do and cleared the drain. He is clearly skilled, experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful.

  Toilet Draining Issue

  Toilet was draining very slowly. Tried plunging but no difference. Carl from Drain Relief was able to sort problem further down the line thankfully. Turned up on time and no mess left after so very happy (and so is the wife more to the point!) Recommended.
