  Unprofessional and overcharge for their services

  I do not recommend this company. They over charge me and refused to refund the amount agreed. There was a leak of my properties because the bath was cracked. My tenants were not able to use the bathroom and they did not informe me about the urgency of the damage. Only find out when my tenants called me because they could t used ten shower. I have to ask 3 times to send me the report and images of the crack. They are not reliable or professional

  Replaced and fitted new kitchen tap and shower unit ( also had repairs to drain done 2 weeks ago)

  Fixed leak coming from dishwasher connection hose.

  The plumber was very good and fixed the problem within the hour. We even called back Drainrod to fix a separate plumbing issue we had.
