Very efficient company, answered email quickly and booked appointment at my convenience. Gentleman who carried out the work explained exactly what he was going to do. Left bathroom clean and tidy and toilet flushing.

Had problem cloakroom toilet blocking over the years and asked Drains Ahead to inspect and fix which they promptly did. I was very happy with my choice of company as I found every member of their team to be equally professional and polite plus they made me feel very confident that they new their stuff!

Very impressed with the amazing service from Drains Ahead Ltd. Initial response was quick (even though it was a weekend) and communication was clear and efficient.
