Service carried on the same day after I called in the morning. Really appreciate it.

Yasser from Drain Express provided an outstanding service. He quickly identified and cleared the blockage in our kitchen drain, working efficiently while maintaining a high standard throughout. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. What really stood out was his flexibility—he came out outside of normal working hours, which was incredibly helpful. He also gave us practical advice on how to prevent future blockages, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Yasser and Drain Express.

The engineer was in touch immediately and was the only company offering to quote for free and come out on the same day. They gave a ballpark estimate before coming and the upper limit was a little over the minimum same day call out fee of other companies but included unblocking the bath, taking the bath panel off and reconnecting the overflow. It was a tough blockage about 9 metres down but the engineer had the right equipment to deal with it and get things moving again. He also managed to fit the bath panel back without too much damage so I was impressed
