The company were good at communicating when they were coming to do the job. They were polite, friendly and efficient. They unblocked the sink quickly and thoroughly tested it. They explained what they had done. The quote was fair and reasonable. I would recommend this company.

Overall good, was told I was next on the list at about 4pm in the afternoon and didn't have someone get out to me until after 10.30pm at night so that was a little inconvenient and I had no update to let me know if the job was still going ahead or not so room for improvement from a communication perspective. But the chap who carried out the work was lovely, polite even took his shoes off outside and got the job done efficiently.

George got in touch seconds after I posted the job. Work was carried out the next day, Sunday. Russell, who complained the job, was friendly and thorough. He laid out the options and costs after a quick inspection and set to work quickly, going back and forth through an alley way at the back so's not to drag dirty equipment through our flat. The drain was successfully unblocked in under an hour. Top job all round.

Received a call within seconds of uploading enquiry on Checkatrade. This is the second time we have used this company, the first was a few months ago but no blockage detected so there was no charge. This time our other drain was full to ground level with stinking water, tissues, ‘flushable’ wipes, excrement and lots of fine tree roots that were growing through the underground brickwork! He quickly unblocked the drain, then cleared all waste and vegetation leaving drain clean … so relieved! Thanks again.
