Partial fix and no aftercare service
Paid upfront for a 2-hour visit to fully resolve a drainage blockage issue. The operative left after around 1 hour stating the issue was fixed. The problem has since returned. The report was provided after more than 3 chasers and was stating that no root cause was identified and there was confusion regarding the manhole location, which was incorrectly indicated by the operative after inspection. No follow-up resolution has been provided despite raising the issue again.
