Work was done today. The guys were on time. Checked the 2 accessible manholes. Diagnosed problem. Water jet to unblock. Put disinfectant down (charged extra £6). Job done.

Absolutely brilliant service. Called them around 9.30 am and they said they would be with me within 2 hours, and turned up within the time slot. They assessed the situation and cleared the blockage professionally. Quick and clean service and left within the hour. Would recommend them to friends and family without a second thought.

Guys came around and worked very hard to clear the drain and also told me what should be done in terms of contacting Thames Water for the interchange with the neighbour's house. They were very nice and it was a cost-effective job. I would use them again.

Roy did a fantastic job replacing a rain water gully that was completely blocked and had caused cracking on the wall of our house. The gully was in a really difficult location with a wall built over part of it. Roy and Dan were brilliant. They carefully excavated underneath the wall, removed the broken clay gully, pressure washed the pipe run to remove any blockages, inspected the mainline pipe with a camera, then installed a new roddable plastic gully. They cemented everything back in and the finish was excellent. They are honest, hardworking drain gurus and I would use them again no question

Excellent, speedy work carried out on a bank holiday. Roy was proficient and explained what he had to do before doing it. Very fair price and no upselling or hidden fees. Highly recommended.
