I wasn't sure if my small soakaway drain had failed as pooling rainwater on my patio
I contacted Ian who is sole trader. He said he can come out and take a look for me but call out charge. I didn't realize he could accept a card payment so arranged for next day. Ian turned up on time and within 20 minutes tested the drain and confirmed no issue. Ian was very knowledgeable and certainly put my mind at ease; would recommend him without any doubt

Clearing a blocked drain
Second time I have used Ian for drain related problems. If you need help and assistance in this area then I doubt you will find a better tradesman.

Unblocked the waste pipe / drain
Ian came to my rescue with very little notice so was very grateful for the quick turnaround. Didn't prove to be the easiest of jobs but Ian sorted the problem and offered advice on what to do going forward. Highly recommend

Remove drain obstruction
This is the second time that Ian has helped us out. He was as polite, prompt and efficient this time as he was two years ago when he carried out drain jetting and cleaning, did a cctv investigation and report on the drains, dealt with the tree roots on our property and advised us to contact Thames Water about the pipe under the road. He is very well-informed and explains issues very clearly. Honest and reliable, I have no hesitation in recommending him.
