  Assess a boiler which had a fault and was leaking

  Excellent experience with Andy from Drakes Plumbing. Responded very quickly to a plea for help with our boiler. Replaced faulty boiler incredibly quickly, very grateful for such a speedy response and service. Professional (but friendly too), punctual, tidy, knowledgeable and communicative - nothing was too much trouble. Liaised with other trades as needed to complete the job. Patiently answered all my questions and a general all round star. ⭐ Thanks very much.

  Water Heater Service and Central Heating Survey

  Taps and Showers

  Andy did some work for us recently which involved replacing outside taps and replacing/installing two electronic shower control units (Aqualisa). He was fantastic and had to work in cramped conditions in the loft for one of the shower units. Andy is punctual, keeps customers informed and has a great personality - it was a pleasure talking to him. He is now our 'go to' plumber.

  Complete bathroom refurbishment

  Andy took time to understand our vision and worked incredibly hard to bring it to life. Our job was never going to be easy with wonky floors and wobbly walls but he assured us he liked a challenge and made some excellent suggestions. He obviously has good relationships with suppliers as between them they managed to source custom made high quality products to fit the odd space we had and for the more unusual fittings, he was happy to fit ones we had sourced ourselves. Andy was always on time, polite and tidy and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others.
