Installed a new boiler, hot water cylinder & added thermostat valves to radiators. Chose Drayton Boiler Services as they are local, Andy was thorough when providing a quote & pointed out things Britsh Gas missed on their quote. DBS were cheaper than BG but they gave me more confidence on doing a good job. I was not disappointed Doug & Ollie the fitters were top rate, friendly, knowledgeable, happy to take questions & explain what they were doing. Kept everything clean, tidying up each day, explained the controls etc when the job was finished. I would recommend DBS 5 star service

We had a new combi boiler installed by Drayton. The service was fast efficient and well managed from start to finish. Andy provided the quote with various boiler options and pricing. The installer (Jack/Aaron) were on time and did a first class job. The workmanship was good and they worked well as a team. They arrived each day on time and cleared up, even vacuuming the carpet, after the job. I will highly recommend Drayton.

What makes them stand out is their Professionalism. They all show great expertise and perfect manners. On the day of installation, George arrived on time and was hugely respectful of being in my home. I could not believe the amount of work he achieved in one day and the fact there was no mess! After obtaining several quotes to replace our combi boiler and 9 radiators, we found Drayton boiler services on the Valiant web site. Steve came round and quoted for the work and discussed our various options. He was by far the most professional and thorough. He gave us a quote that day and a date to carry out the work. George and Oli carried out the installation to an incredibly high standard and were a pleasure to have working in our house. Clean, tidy, very professional and friendly. We cannot fault any aspect of the service we recieved and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an electric boiler changed to gas - Doug and Oli were very efficient they worked well together and kept us up to date with progress !

Steven came out and serviced our boiler today, had a few of these over the years and have to say he was the most professional and thorough engineer I have ever had. Would highly recommend him and Drayton for future work!
