Cannot rate Dave and his lads higher. Invited him over to quote up a garage conversion - he was incredibly responsive, direct and helped sort everything i needed. Timeline was clear. Dave and his team always turning up and cracking on with the build being an immaculate standard. Will easily be using them again for any future work and recommend them highly

From the first meeting we liked and trusted Dave. He was open and discussed what he could do for us and gave a price for doing the work. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Dave, Lee and Ryan suggested things that would improve the appearance of the project. They were very prompt and very tidy. Overall extremely happy with the experience and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After struggling to obtain reliable quotes from a number of builders, Dave was quick to respond, come and assess the job and give a good quote. Dave and his team kept to the timescale advised and always left the house as tidy as they could. I have recommended them to others.

I engaged DR Building and Construction Ltd to do my extension through recommendation, looking at projects that they had completed and discussing my project and requirements. Throughout the build l was kept fully informed of what was happening. DR controlled all various elements like electrics, plumbing, tiling and liaisons with the building inspectors etc. The project started on time and was completed on time. Any questions/ queries l had were explained clearly with an expertise of knowledge. I am thoroughly happy with the work done and would recommend DR if asked.

I recently had Dave Ritchie and his team reroof and insulate an old extension, as well as replace a door and window. I’m really pleased with the result – the quality of workmanship is excellent. Dave gave a fair price, kept to the agreed timeframe, and kept me informed throughout. The team were punctual, tidy, and friendly, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using Dave again for future work and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
