End of Tenancy Clean

Lovely clean and a lovely person

Unprofessional behaviour - Clean not complete by end of tenancy as agreed
We had booked Charlotte for our end-of-tenancy clean. Keys were collected on Monday for the house to be cleaned on Tuesday. The team pushed the clean to Wednesday (last day of tenancy) and agreed to drop the keys to the agency by end of day to ensure we don't get charged for additional days. The keys were not dropped off and the clean had not been carried out by Thursday. We were penalised for a day and also charged additional for cleaning. Worst was when trying to call to get this sorted, there was no response leaving us in a state of panic. Office deep clean
