We can’t say enough, how very pleased we are with the work carried out by Dream Doors. From the initial contact at the showroom, to the home visit to discuss work to be done, to the updates ahead of work being carried out, to the five days of completing the work in the kitchen, we have been so pleased with everything, Silvio and his team were so helpful and professional. From the outset, Silvio and the team at Dream Doors Maidstone were great. Silvio came out to visit and look at what we wanted to achieve. He listened and came up with several options with various costs, without any hard sell. Throughout the process the team were very responsive and even accommodated some minor changes to the design along the way. The installers used for the work were reliable and tidy and did a fantastic job. Great selection to choose from and a very helpful service from initial contact to completion. Workman was clean and efficient and despite a slight delay, which was at the manufacturer, the job was completed as expected. From first downloading a brochure to signing off the completed kitchen, Silvio, Helen and the team were friendly, helpful and responsive. The work was completed quickly, the only delays were for a couple of items that needed to be reordered. Darryn and Michael were efficient and professional. There were a couple of snagging items but they were corrected with no questioning. I am very happy with the result.
