We’re happy with the quality of our kitchen and the excellent workmanship by Steven. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication, missed appointments, and long delays completing the job. We were left chasing for months, with little accountability from the shop. Hi Chris thanks for your feedback. The work which took longer to complete was additional to what was in your original contract. The additional items had to be ordered in as they are all made to measure and this was then fitted & supplied free of charge.
