Went to head office after issues with the franchise after an install

Took c. 6 months of back and forth for them to say they'd honour less than the guarantee. Kitchen is less than a year old and falling apart and they seemed to think this was normal for their installs.

Spent almost 2 years trying to resolve issues re faulty sink, poorly installed which caused water leaking and causing part of the housing to splay. Kitchen backing on wall coming away on both sides.
