  Avoid!

  Called them in the beginning of May with some work to be done in my kitchen. They said they are quite busy and can only come out more than a month later to survey the work that needs to be done. Today, 5 days before they were due to come I received this letter in the post saying that due to the volume of work they have they are cancelling the appointment. They don’t even try to reschedule, simply cancel???? What is this? What kind of company is that which simply says no, thanks, I don’t need your money??? Jokers. Shame that in the meantime I decided to redo the whole kitchen not just some part
