Been worried sick over woodworm In our home. Emailed this company who did respond straight away with what my address was, told them heard nothing back. Rang the company to which I got a text saying text me, texted him no response. Emailed the company again and we arranged for him to attend today before lunch, never showed. Rang numerous times, emailed no response. Unprofessional to say the least

Avoid this company! Cancelled visit last minute and rescheduled to a couple of days later to which they never showed up!! I tried calling and texting on numourous occasions and have never received a response, explanation or apology! Incredibly rude.

Lovely young man. Very honest and shows great integrity. Very transparent.
