Carport repair
Someone from the company came to look at the carport where some of the timbers are cracked and others need additional support. No measurements were taken at all. In fact, it seemed the representative of the company was more interested in convincing me to completely rebuild the carport. Then later in the afternoon they actually sent me a quote for the work.
