Golf "epc" engine fault, wouldn't start
Dexter came out on Sunday afternoon. He was about 2 hours late but it was OK as I was at home. He reset the error codes and the car started. He said if it reoccurred, he’d check the codes again free of charge. He seemed OK in person. I paid him. It happened the next morning, stranding me on the way to work. He said he would come to my workplace at 2:00. When he was late, he said 30 minutes, a couple hours later he said 40 minutes, and so on for 4 hours. At 6:00pm I gave up and got a taxi home. Car would not start

Tyre change
I had a massive blow out on a motorway junction. Dexter stopped and helped me when I managed to pull myself over to the side to offer his help. I was all flustered and declined their offer of help at first however called them back and they came out to me. They offered me a replacement tyre that would get me safely on my way however were able to locate an appropriate tyre. They came and fixed it once the police had cornered the lane off.
