Austin asked for £400 deposit, which he hadn’t asked for on previous installs. This was September 2024. He hasn’t installed the shutters nor returned the £400.

We were assured by Austin in February 2022 our shutters would take 3 months, now at the end of September still waiting. Excuse that factory had burnt down in China, no communication. Dont bother with this company

Austin has fitted a number of windows in our house now with wooden shutters. He is extremely reliable, great communications, friendly and approachable, advises and prides himself on a beautiful finished look. His work is tidy, meticulous and everything is finished to a very high standard. Over the past few years we have revisited Dress my Windows for all of the windows in our house and recommended him to our neighbours (who now also have beautiful shutters). Can't recommend highly enough.

Austin did an absolutely fabulous job. He is a true perfectionist. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. His prices were competitive, he completed the work quickly and he left no mess. Thank you so much Austin, the shutters have transformed my home!

We cannot recommenced Austin enough, we have used him numerous times and his work is excellent. Austin is a very neat worker and leaves no trace that he has been in the house other than his perfect blinds and shutters. Austin is punctual, courteous and simply does a great job at a very competitive price compared to other quotes we have received. He’s a lovely guy too!
