Replacing a broken double glazed window.
Steve came promptly after I called him to measure up. He ordered the new sealed unit, and returned the following week to fit it, as agreed. The price was very fair, and I can't fault the service he provided. I would definitely call Steve again for any other glazing repairs.

Re-glazing patio doors
Steve did a great job replacing our scratched sealed unit windows. He was very quick to respond to our enquiry and completed the work very promptly and tidily. He is also a very friendly and approachable person. Highly recommended.

Replaced locks on 2 UVPC windows
I needed a job done quickly to fix 2 windows that I couldn't open. Steve came the very next day and on time to review the job. But he happened to have the correct replacement parts with him and fixed it there and then. Very pleased and will use again!

Blown double glazed unit
Responded within 1 hour after contacting via Bark website even though we sent message on a Saturday afternoon. A quick process from start to finish at a fair price what else is there to say.

Broken window replaced
Called Steve, he came to measure and quote within next day. As we are in lockdown he was openly honest it would take a few days to get the replacement. He sourced and fitted the new glass within a week. Good clean job, polite guy. Would highly recommend.
