Darren has been servicing my boiler for a number of years without a problem. Down to earth pragmatic approach and willingly gives advice if required. Becoming difficult to find good experienced trades, thankfully I am grateful to a neighbour some years ago recommending Darren and happy to do the same today.

Arrived as expected and run through what was required. Checked everything out and explained everything very well, so I fully understood what was being check and what was required. Added Inhibitor to system to help better flow and checked expansion pressure and found it was set as it should be. Removed tap, checked seals and greased. Nothing was too much trouble and was very thoughtful and considerate. I have given tens for everything as there is no way he could improve his service. Price was fair. I am very happy and would use him again.

Darren was very knowledgeable and fixed the main toilet with no problem. Had a look at the second one and rather than take it apart and charge me, talked my daughter on how to fix it.

Boiler not working. Error code indicated low pressure. No instruction booklet to hand. Darren kindly talked me through the solution over the phone. Very helpful and patient. Could have charged a call-out fee. Thank you.
