Change taps ( purchased by me for £40.00) in my 90 year old mother's kitchen
Phoned Kevin explained my Mum needed taps replacing. I had already bought new taps and was told the cost of fitting would be about £90. He arrived a day late and promptly went out and bought new taps! Rather than argue I asked for the bill. He text me an invoice. £120 fitting & £125 for taps. I asked for a receipt for the taps for my mum but he refused. I was then hounded for 2 days by text and phone asking for payment. Still wanting a receipt before payment my recently widowed mother was threatened with a debt collector only 3 days after job was completed. Unpleasant, unprofessional man

Leaking en-suite wash basin
Excellent workmanship from Kevin who completed the job, fitted a new tap and isolator. Quick, efficient and tidy. Well priced. Very personable young man. I felt very confident using him for this job. We will definitely use him for any future jobs!

I have called Drip Drip Plumbers out on a number of occasions and from first contact through to final completion of the job I have found them very professional, friendly and efficient. I will always call them to repair our plumbing and heating problems. Apart from all the above I find their prices are very reasonable.

Fixing a leak
Arrived in good time and most certainly got us out of a serious problem with a leak on New Year's day. Knew what he was doing and advised of possible future problems and why they could occur

Leaking toilet pipe
Charged us £90 for two minutes "work" he ran the taps and moved a pipe ever so slightly! He slated other plummers saying it's the wrong pipes and fittings used despite it being the original fittings and not had a problem in 20 years! Also didnt change/fit anything new etc. Still got a leaking toilet pipe! And £90 down just before Christmas (alot of money to loose).
